Discovery Call – Let’s Get Aligned

This initial 20–30 minute call is all about connection and clarity. We’ll dive into your business, brand vision, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve through marketing. This is your chance to share your story and goals, while we assess how STL Marketing can best support you.

Proposal + Custom Package

Based on our conversation, we’ll put together a custom proposal tailored specifically to your business. This includes an outline of deliverables, pricing, timelines, and any recommended services. You’ll receive a branded package to review and select the best fit before we move forward.

Onboarding + Strategy Session

Once you accept the proposal and sign the contract, we’ll send over your onboarding documents. This includes an intake form, brand questionnaire, and access to our shared content hub. Then, we’ll book a strategy session to go deeper into your goals and map out the next 30–90 days.

Launch + Execution

With your strategy locked in, we begin execution—whether that’s content creation, launch planning, or full social media management. You’ll receive timelines, creative updates, and performance check-ins so you’re always in the loop. We become an extension of your business from day one.
